Akeru Estate & Notary Solutions provides a central point of contact to help families understand their options, organize the next steps, and connect with trusted professionals when specialized assistance is needed.
Our estate consultation begins with understanding your family’s circumstances, priorities, timeline, and the property or estate-related challenges you are facing. From there, we help develop a practical plan for moving forward.
Estate Consultation Services
Our estate consultation services may include:
Probate & Estate Resource Guidance — Helping families understand the practical steps that may accompany an estate or probate situation and connecting them with qualified probate and estate attorneys when legal assistance is needed.
Inherited Property Guidance — Helping heirs and estate representatives evaluate what to do with inherited real estate, including preparing, maintaining, selling, or otherwise transitioning the property.
Real Estate Consultation — Providing market information and guidance regarding the potential sale of estate or inherited property, including traditional and alternative sale options.
Property Liquidation Planning — Helping families develop a strategy for liquidating an estate-related real estate asset while considering condition, repairs, cleanout needs, timeline, and the family’s objectives.
Property Preparation & Coordination — Connecting families with appropriate contractors, handymen, cleanout services, property maintenance providers, locksmiths, appraisers, and other professionals.
Estate Sale & Personal Property Resources — Coordinating referrals to estate sale companies and other professionals who can assist with evaluating, selling, donating, or removing personal belongings.
Senior Transition Resources — Connecting families with senior move managers, downsizing professionals, and other resources when a loved one is transitioning to a smaller residence, assisted living, or another living arrangement.
Vacant Property Resources — Helping families identify services that may be needed to maintain and protect an unoccupied estate property.
Professional Referrals — Connecting clients with trusted attorneys, CPAs, tax professionals, appraisers, title professionals, insurance professionals, contractors, real estate professionals, and other specialists based on the family’s needs.
Our goal is not to replace the professionals involved in an estate. Instead, we help bring the right resources together at the right time, reducing the burden of trying to coordinate everything on your own.
